Tsáchi

Tsáchi originates from the heart of Ecuador, a country blessed with biodiversity and fine-aroma cacao, known as one of the best in the world.

About Us

Our company was founded with the mission of reviving ancestral traditions and highlighting the richness of this unique cacao, grown in harmony with nature and in collaboration with local farmers. Inspired by our people’s deep connection to the land, and with a commitment to sustainability, every Tsáchi bar is a celebration of our country’s heritage and authentic flavor.

Luis Alejandro Levoyer

As an Ecuadorian grower of CCN-51 and fine aroma cacao, as well as export-quality barraganete plantain, I have learned to value the work of the countryside from its very origin.

As founder and CEO of Tsáchi Chocolate, my vision is to transform Ecuadorian cacao into high-value products and share our chocolate with the world.

We aim to grow through a sustainable, socially minded model—working alongside fellow producers and creating new opportunities in rural communities.

Tsáchi represents origin, quality and the dream of turning what we grow in Ecuador into products recognized around the world.
